Il nuovo edificio industriale, complessivamente di 12.000 mq e realizzato mediante strutture miste in calcestruzzo e legno, è espressione concreta del connubio di forma volumetrica ed capacità produttiva; il progetto architettonico e gli impianti termici di ultima generazione hanno consentito di realizzare un fabbricato industriale ad alta efficienza e sostenibilità, eliminando il 95% dei ponti termici e consentendo bassi consumi energetici.

Particolarmente accattivante e originale la finitura delle facciate esterne, che contraddistinguono il fabbricato dalle altre realtà del genere.
